Welcome to your perfect Jersey Shore getaway! This adorable 3 bedroom home is just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Cape May and Wildwood. Whether you're planning a family vacation, golf trip, girls weekend or group retreat this home was designed for gathering together. Close to the beaches but you have wonderful amenities right out the back door including a fire pit, grill, Sparking pool and outdoor shower.

There is an outside grill and outside furniture/deck space. Guest are responsible for any propane needed. A tank is provided.

THE SPACE:
Brand new to Rental Market
This house is interned for families and friend groups, no underage, no parties and not for groups of people younger in age.

POOL: Open Early May - Early October
pool is not heated. We love pets but we don't allow them in our pool.

NO OUTSIDE MUSIC PAST 9pm per township ordinance

BEACH CHAIRS
Host leaves 6 beach chairs for guest to use. **These are not guaranteed as previous guests may have lost/taken them** guest are responsible for buying their own beach tags

FLOOR PLAN:
All one level, front of house is 1 bedroom with twin bunk beds, middle of house is living area, kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen bed, back of house is 1 bedroom with double bed + full bathroom + stacked washer and dryer

BEDDING (All basic bedding provided by owner – Sheets, Linens, Pillows, Blankets, Comforters)
Bedroom 1: Twin over Twin Bunk Room
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Double Bed

KITCHEN ITEMS
This rental comes with a basic stocked kitchen including pots, pans, baking sheets, silverware, bowls, plates, drinking cups, coffee cups, drip coffee pot, cooking utensils, salt and pepper, dish soap, 1-2 rolls of paper towels.

BATHROOMS
This rental comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom anything additional is responsibility of tenant to bring. Bath towels are provided by the owner. **bring you own shower items: shampoo, body wash, conditioner. ** (There is a store within 3 min drive or)

CABLE & TVs
Host provides basic cable package ***cable in main living room tv only. bedroom tvs are streaming only*** If using "Streaming" it is BYOL (Bring your own login).

HEAT & A/C
This property has central A/C and Heating throughout

The floor plan of this home is one story as you walk into the foyer on one side a small bunk bed bedroom to the right next you have an extended living area.

An additional bedroom to your right couch/seating to the left with an updated kitchen beyond that you will find the third bedroom and full bathroom plus laundry area in the back of the house.
